I know I rarely put up photos of myself here! But this one is from the St Patrick’s Day parade yesterday in Carrigaline. I got a lovely invitation from the Carrigaline IFA to take part with them. It was a great honour to take part. A huge thank you to the organisers and volunteers who made this parade possible and all our parades possible. Without you they just would not happen.

I hope you had a lovely Saint Patrick’s Day.

We hold the special prayer of St Patrick close to our hearts knowing we never walk alone:

Christ with me, Christ before me. Christ behind me, Christ in me and Christ beneath me. Christ above me, Christ on my right and Christ on my left.

Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down.

Christ in the heart of everyone who thinks of me.

Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me.
Christ in the eye that sees me and Christ in the ear that hears me.
