Saint For Today

Today September 14th is the feast day of the Triumph of the Cross. This feast day reminds us that no matter how difficult or challenging life may be, there is always light and hope.

Today is National Quiet Day. We live in a noisy world and we are so used to noise everywhere. We also know that peace and quiet are good for the body and soul. Today we are encouraged to create some quiet space even if it is just for a few minutes.
